The Beginning

Hello and welcome to my new blog (yep, I've tried and failed at blogging before... Even though I do very little with my life besides go to school, eat and sleep, I've somehow failed to own a sustained blog. Here's to hoping I don't get even lazier and am able to carry on this blog for a little while longer than the last one!)

As conveniently titled, this blog is (hopefully!) going to be about my time travelling the Big Wide World and writing down some of the tips and things I learn on the way- that way I'm less likely to lose and forget them and a collection of life tips can never be a bad thing!

I love travelling and even though I've barely been to a handful of countries, I know travelling will be a part of my career and a huge chunk of my life. The different places and cultures out there fascinate me and I think to not see them would be a waste of my one lifetime. 

I'm hoping that in a couple of years I could go on a round the world trip during my gap year- that would be incredible and something I'm very interested in. Unfortunately I need rather a hefty lump of cash for that so I suppose I should probably get a job pretty soon... 

This blog is going to act as a sort of scrapbook of my travels and thoughts, something I can look back on in the future, but of course, if anyone else reads and likes it, that's great too. It's out there to be read. And I'll read any comments that happen to come my way too.
